With a warm, relatable approach, Judy brings energy, compassion, and decades of experience to every workshop she leads, meeting people where they are and guiding them with practical tools for real-life change.
Judy partners with community programs, churches, senior centers, schools, and worksite wellness initiatives to offer interactive, educational workshops that promote lasting wellness habits.

My Products
Many of you who know me personally or have worked with me through my health coaching, wellness workshops, community outreach, or ministry work already know that my care for people has always gone beyond physical health. My work has always been deeply rooted in faith, encouragement, compassion, and the power of prayer.
These items were originally inspired in 2020 during the pandemic, and I created them to encourage and bring comfort to me, my family, and my friends, as a faith-filled tool for those seeking healing, prayer, protection, peace, and breakthrough throughout our daily lives.
Every bottle of oil is sincerely and faithfully prayed over, believing for God’s healing, peace, protection, and miracles.
Over the years, I’ve prayed with clients, encouraged families through difficult seasons, and supported people believing God for healing, peace, strength, restoration, and breakthrough.
